I’m allergic to most laundry detergent so we always bring our own bedding/pillowcases/towels etc, but it was great to have the backup blankets to use over our comforter. Before we reserved the home, and throughout the entire stay, Ben was very prompt to answer questions, and made himself available for assistance.
